TÉCNICA:

Para Pons Training el gesto más importante de cualquier forward, ya sea bajo o alto, es la colocación de la vela antes de cazar. En el vídeo se puede ver perfectamente como desplazamos el mástil hacia el canto de barlovento antes de cazar. Ello nos hace rotar de forma lateral y segura, siendo posible frenar la rotación.

TECHNIQUE:

From Pons Training point of view,  the most important technical movement of any forward, either low or high, is the way you positioned the sail before close it. In this video you can see perfectly as we move the mast to the windward rail before to pull. It makes us to rotate safety, being possible to stop the rotation.
